Description:
You may update the conversation recording general settings in this screen.
Panel Location:
User Menu >Under Settings, select
(Phone System). In the top navigation menu bar, select Features > Conversation Recording
To mass delete conversation recording by date:
In the "Delete Conversation" section, provide the starting date and ending date of the call recording date you wish to delete (inclusively)
Click on the "Delete" button.
To setup auto delete call recording by days:
Provide the days you wish to automatically remove recording conversation if older than this day, in the text-box (inclusively)
Click on the "Save" button.
