This panel contains the current (live) status of your Offisky phone system activities, including usage summary, live conversations, registered device, etc.


Panel Location:
User Menu >Under Settings, select (Phone System).



Screen Operations (Summary):

  • This section provide the live overall summary of your Offisky phone system.




Screen Operations (Active Calls):

  • This section provide the live conversation of your Offisky phone system.

  • Use [] to review the technical details of this call.

  • Use [] to hang-up this specific call.





Screen Operations (Registered Device):

  • This section provide the current registered device information of your Offisky phone system.

  • Use [] to review the technical details of this device registration.

  • Use [] to review the voice-mail status of this registered device.

  • [] shows the registered device current status (ie. Available, Ringing, In Conversation, etc).

Hello.

My phone is constantly being called by a number that I cannot answer or hang up.
If I try I get the message to answer or hang up, I get the following message:

"Call reject failed.

Reason:
[Please make sure the call is still active and try again.]

Please try again"
