You may update the conversation recording general settings in this screen.



Panel Location:
User Menu >Under Settings, select (Phone System). In the top navigation menu bar, select Features > Conversation Recording




To mass delete conversation recording by date:

  • In the "Delete Conversation" section, provide the starting date and ending date of the call recording date you wish to delete (inclusively)

  • Click on the "Delete" button.




To setup auto delete call recording by days:

  • Provide the days you wish to automatically remove recording conversation if older than this day, in the text-box (inclusively)

  • Click on the "Save" button.
