Description:

Access directly into an extension voicemail to leave a message. It can also combine with transfer to perform transfer to voicemail action.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


Access directly to a voicemail:

  1. Dial to: *88 + the extension number of the voicemail you wish to enter (EG. *88301 will enter into voicemail for extension 301).




Transfer directly to voicemail:

  1. During a live call, press ## (Transfer), then key in *88 + the extension number of the voicemail you wish to enter.

  2. Example: During a live call, press ## (Transfer), then key in *88301 will transfer the current call to the extension 301 voicemail.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):


Access directly to a voicemail:

  1. Under your Phone Panel, click on the "user extension" button you wish to dial.

  2. Select [ Dial directly to voicemail].




Transfer directly to voicemail:

  1. During a live call, Under your Phone Panel (In-Call Mode), click on [ Transfer].

  2. Select [ Transfer to voicemail].

  3. Select the user extension button you wish to transfer to.
