Description:
Record the current conversation. To use this feature, make sure the "Call Recording" is enabled in the Offisky Phone System General Settings.
Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:
Perform call recording:
During the conversation of the call.
Use your number pad, enter:
*999
When success, the system will announce a message "Start Recording".
Use your number pad, enter:
*999
again
When success, the system will announce a message "Recorded". This indicates the recording is finished.
Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [
Phone Panel]):
To perform call recording:
During the conversation of the call (your Phone Panel should now under the "In-Call Mode").
To start recording, click on [
Record this conversation], then select [Start Recording].
To end recording, click on [
Record this conversation], then select [Stop Recording].
