Description:

Direct (Blind) Transfer a call to another destination.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:

  1. During the conversation of the call.

  2. Use your number pad, enter: ##

  3. Wait for the phone to announce the message "Transfer", then enter phone number or extension number you wish to transfer to.

  4. When success, your phone will hangup and the other party will transfer to the new destination.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):

  1. During the conversation of the call (your Phone Panel should now under the "In-Call Mode").

  2. Click on [ Call Transfer] icon

  3. Select [ Direct (Blind) Transfer]

  4. Click on the "User Extension Button" you wish the call to transfer to, or use the above dial text-box if not listed.

  5. When success, your phone will hangup and the other party will transfer to the new destination.
