Description:

Turn On / Off Do Not Disturb (DND) for your account. When DND has turn on, you will not be interrupt by any communications. Using the method described here will turn on the DND at the Offisky user level.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


To turn ON Do Not Disturb (DND):

  1. Dial to: *70 and wait for the voice to confirm your action.




To turn OFF Do Not Disturb (DND):

  1. Dial to: *71 and wait for the voice to confirm your action.






Perform by Offisky Panel (Application Menu > [ Staff Panel] > "Availability Status" tab):


To turn ON Do Not Disturb (DND):

  1. Under "Do not disturb (DND)", Select ON.

  2. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.




To turn OFF Do Not Disturb (DND):

  1. Under "Do not disturb (DND)", Select OFF.

  2. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.
