Description:

Turn off all call forwarding within your user extension.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


  1. Dial to: *78 and wait for the voice prompt to confirm the action.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):


  1. Under your Phone Panel, click on [ Settings].

  2. Under Extension Forwarding Section, remove everything within the "Always forward inbound calls..." text-box.

  3. Under Extension Forwarding Section, remove everything within the "If extension is busy, forward inbound calls..." text-box.

  4. Under Extension Forwarding Section, remove everything within the "If extension is unavailable, forward inbound calls..." text-box.

  5. Once finish, click on the "Save" button to save your changes, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.
