To response to a ticket:

  • Go to "Want to say something" section.

  • Your Message: Provide your response message here.

  • Close Ticket: To close this ticket, check this box.

  • Attach File(s): If you wish to upload a file into this ticket, list your file(s) here (your account storage will be use).

  • Click on "Submit" button.




Screen Operations:

  • Back to previous screen.

  • Refresh this screen / list.

  • Add new message into the ticket.

  • Vote this message is useful.

  • Vote this message is useless.
