All services, in any kind, provided by SKSYS CORPORATION o/a Babysoft are strictly followed the Privacy Policy guide line listed in this document.

• Information we collect. Your information will be collected when using any Babysoft provided services, including, any data provided from you or your account, cookies, device information, IP Address, physical locations, contact, etc.


• Information we won't collect. We will not collect your credentials, credit card information, or financial information, unless it is related to the service(s) provided from Babysoft.


• Use of Information. Babysoft will use the information collected from you strictly on the following purpose.
  
  
  
  1. To provide you Babysoft products or services.
  
  
  2. To learn from your personal preferences, improve your user experience, and enhance the overall quality of our service.
  
  
  3. To display targeted and relevant advertising, or special promotion which may related to your interest.
  
  
  4. To protect against viruses, malware, or any other threats which may damage our service(s) or our users.
  
  
  5. To share information with Babysoft employees, agents, and service providers (nationally / internationally), who or which are required to maintain the service.
  
  
  6. To share information with government agencies, public bodies, regulators, or other entities where requested and permitted by law.
  
  
  7. Information collected by Babysoft will only process internally within Babysoft and related organization. However, due to the nature of the required services, Babysoft may process your request via national or international service provider(s).
  
  


• Remove User Data.




1. To remove user data stored in our server, you can submit a ticket to remove the user account.


2. Please note: Generic User data which store as anonymous user data cannot be deleted. These data do not in any way point to any individual or entity, and is only use as generic data to improving our service.


3. To Delete the User Account, simply submit your request to help@offisky.com, using your account registered Email Address. Please also provide the reason why you wish to remove your account.


4. It may take up to 10 business days to process your delete request. Once your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation via your account registered Email Address.

1. This privacy policy may be change at any time without notice. Please review this policy regularly.


2. Continuing to use service(s) provide by Babysoft meaning that you have understood and accepted to this policy and any changes to it.


3. When this Policy is updated, a new version number will be release at the top of this document to identify the changes has been made to this document.
