Manager Panel provides the overview of your department staffs status, and allow you to monitor all their current status in a single screen. Only Manager and Manager Assistant can access into this panel.



Panel Location:
User Menu > Under Settings, select [ Preference] > [ My Extension]




General Settings:

  • First Name: Your First Name.

  • Last Name: Your Last Name.

  • Email: Your email address.

  • Time Zone: Your local time zone.

  • Off Duty Operation: When you are Off Duty, select one of the following operating mode when someone calling your extension

    • Forward calls to voicemail routine after user "Off Duty": All calls to this extension will be forwarded to the voicemail routine (if you have a voicemail account), including busy / unavailable call forwarding. Under this mode, the standard calling procedure (ie. calling to extension device, call hunting, always call forwarding, etc) will be disabled until you "on duty" again.

    • Process normal calling routine after user "Off Duty": Under this mode, all calls will be deliver normally just like normal working hours. No special action will be taken.


  • Use Call Hunting: The Call Hunt Rule you wish to use when someone call your extension.

  • Once finish, click on "Save" button to save your settings, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.




Extension Forwarding:

  • Always Forward all inbound calls...: Always forward all inbound calls to this number.

  • If extension is Busy...: When your extension is busy, forward all inbound calls to this number.

  • If extension is Unavailable...: When your extension is unavailable, forward all inbound calls to this number.

  • Once finish, click on "Save" button to save your settings, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.
