Dynamic Pairing is designed to use by any environments which changing their desk, office, or location in the regular bases (ie. Multiple location business, Work between Office or Home Office, etc). Users with dynamic pairing enabled can map their extension into any device (phone) within the your Offisky phone system account, without the need of system administrator to get involve. Once the new device has been paired for the extension, this device will now officially work as the official extension registered device, and the previous device will automatically remove from this extension.

Panel Location:
Application Menu > Select [ Staff] > Staff In/Out Timer (Tab) > Click on [ Dynamic Device Pairing]

How to perform "Dynamic Pairing":

  • Under "User Access" permission, make sure you have "Dynamic Device Pairing" enabled.

  • Enter into the Dynamic Device Pairing Screen.

  • Follow the on-screen instruction to key in the exact pairing code to the device on-site. Make sure the phone response with your correct extension number, if not, please contact your system administrator to perform the extension to device mapping manually.

  • Once finish, click on "Finish" button, or click on "Cancel" button to restore to previous screen.
