You can update your Virtual Fax Account settings in this screen.
Setup Offisky Virtual Fax to Email (Video):
Panel Location:
User Menu >Under Settings, select (Phone System). In the top navigation menu bar, select Features > Virtual Fax Account List > Select the fax account [] you wish to update > Settings (Tab)
Screen Operations:
Account Name: This Virtual Fax Account display name.
Fax Format: The format of the fax you wish to read (including read in Offisky account or when fax to email).
Notify Email: The email address you wish to use when new incoming fax is available.
Email Security Phase: A custom message send along with your voicemail to email message to distinguish spammer emails.
Save Inbound Fax Message...: Check this box if you wish to save inbound fax messages into your virtual fax panel.
Save Outbound Fax Message...: Check this box if you wish to save outbound fax messages into your virtual fax panel.
Once finished, click on "Save" button to save your settings, or click on "OK" to save and return to previous screen.
To remove the existing (inbound / outbound) fax content, use [] icon.
To remove the complete Virtual Fax Account and its contents, use [] icon.
How to create Inbound Fax-to-Email Service:
Make sure you have provide the valid "Notification Email".
Do not check the "Save Inbound Fax Message..." checkbox.
Click on "Save" button to save your settings, or click on "OK" to save and return to previous screen.
