You can retrieve all customer case (any status, including closed case) under this screen. Only "Call Monitoring Team" Supervisor with "Customer Case Log" permission is allow to access into this panel.

Panel Location:
Application Menu > Select [ Supervisor] > Case Search (Tab)


  • Under Offisky, Supervisor permission in the Customer Case System will perform equal permission amount all Agents, regardless of their Monitoring Team. Meaning as long as this user is a Supervisor with "Customer Case Log" permission, he / she can be able to retrieve all customer case within the account, regardless the "Call Monitoring Team" members.

To retrieve customer cases:

  • Provide the closest search conditions in the search form and press the "Search" button.

  • The most recent customer case is already listed in the result section.

  • Use [] icon to reload the result list.

  • Click on the customer case will display the customer case detail log.

  • The page switch is located at the bottom of the result list.
