You can search for all recorded conversation by your monitoring agents under this screen. Even though all users are allow to record their conversation, only "Call Monitoring Team" Supervisor with "Call Recording" permission is allow to retrieve conversation recording, and access into this panel.Panel Location:
Application Menu > Select [
Supervisor] > Recording (Tab)
To retrieve conversation recording:
- Make sure to consult your lawyer to ensure your local government law allow to perform call monitoring action.
- Provide the closest search conditions in the search form and press the "Search" button.
- The most recent call conversation recording is already listed in the result section.
- Use  icon to reload the result list.
- Use  icon to retrieve the recorded file.
- To delete recorded conversation, please see Delete Conversation Recording Document for details.
- The page switch is located at the bottom of the result list.
