This panel is designed to your Call Group settings. You may add as many Call Group Element (Recipient) as you need in your call group.


Panel Location:
User Menu >Under Settings, select (Phone System). In the top navigation menu bar, select PBX Base > Phone Device Account > Select the Call Group [] > Settings (Tab)



Screen Operations:

  • To add a new recipient in your call group, click on the [] icon.

  • A Call Group recipient can be defined based on:

    • Device: the desire recipient device account within your phone system (recommended).

    • Number: the number (internal extension number or phone number) to dial to reach to the desire recipient.

  • To remove a recipient, use [] icon.

  • To remove the complete Call Group, use [] icon.

  • Make sure you click on the "Save" button to save your settings, or the "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.
