| | Last Update: Tue Feb14, 2017 06:52:21AM GMT(0) | Description:You may update your on-hold playlist settings using this screen. Panel Location: User Menu >Under Settings, select  (Phone System). In the top navigation menu bar, select PBX Base > On-Hold Playlist Management > Select the on-hold playlist [  ]
- Name: The display name of this playlist.
- Playback Order: The playback method you wish to use.
- Sequential: The files will play based on the following sequence number.
- Random: The files will play randomly (ignore sequence).
- The "Audio File Playback Sequence" is the playback sequence of your playlist. If the playback order is under "Random" mode, the sequence number will be discarded, and the files will be play randomly.
- To add a on-hold file into the playlist, click on the [
 ] icon.
- To remove a on-hold file from the playlist, click on the [
 ] icon.
- To listen to the on-hold file, click on the [
 ] icon.
- To change the on-hold file playback sequence, use the [
 /  ] icon.
- To remove the complete playlist, use [
 ] icon.
- Once the update is finished, make sure to click on "Save" button the save your changes, or use "OK" button to save and return to previous screen.
