Call Hot-Switch allow users to "hot switch" calls between their extension and their "Binded Phone Number". In order to use the Call Hot-Switch service, the following requirements must match.


Requirements and Limitations:

  • Your account must have a "Binded Phone Number" already setup.

  • Your "Binded Phone Number" must have Caller ID enable when making outbound calls.

  • The call you wish to switch must process through your Offisky Phone System Account (Example 1: A call is originally call to your office and transfer to your cell phone (Binded Phone Number), once you head back to your office, you can hot-switch to call back to your office extension. Example 2: Originally, you are making a call from your extension to someone, you can hot-switch the call to your cell phone (Binded Phone Number) because you want to head out of your office now).





Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


  1. You must use your own extension to hot-switch calls between your "Binded Phone Number" and your extension.

  2. Dial *000 when your extension is idle will hot-switch a call from your "Binded Phone Number" to your extension.

  3. Dial *000 while you are talking on your extension (from your extension) will hot-switch your "talk-to" party to your "Binded Phone Number".





Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):


  1. Select icon when your extension is idle will hot-switch a call from your "Binded Phone Number" to your extension.

  2. Select icon while you are talking on your extension will hot-switch your "talk-to" party to your "Binded Phone Number".
