Description:

Forward your user extension to another number, when you are busy.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


To setup call forward (Busy):

  1. Dial to: *74 and wait for the voice prompt.

  2. Enter the number you wish to forward, when finish, press #. The forwarding number can be an internal extension number or a public phone number.




To turn off call forward (Busy):

  1. Dial to: *75 and wait for the voice prompt to confirm the action.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):


To setup call forward (Busy):

  1. Under your Phone Panel, click on [ Settings].

  2. Under Extension Forwarding Section, enter the forwarding number into the "If extension is busy, forward inbound calls..." text-box. The forwarding number can be an internal extension number or a public phone number.

  3. Once finish, click on the "Save" button to save your changes, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.




To turn off call forward (Busy):

  1. Under your Phone Panel, click on [ Settings].

  2. Under Extension Forwarding Section, remove everything within the "If extension is busy, forward inbound calls..." text-box.

  3. Once finish, click on the "Save" button to save your changes, or click on "OK" button to save and return to the previous screen.
