Description:

Talk to the new destination of the call before transfer the call.



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:

  1. During the conversation of the call.

  2. Use your number pad, enter: *011

  3. The phone will response a parked number to restore to the previous call, then wait for the dial tone and dial the new destination.

  4. Once you finish talking to the new destination:

    • To continue transfer the call, dial *011 again, then the call will now transfer to the new destination.

    • If the new destination reject the call and you need to talk to the previous call. Hangup and dial the pickup number provided above.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):

  1. During the conversation of the call (your Phone Panel should now under the "In-Call Mode").

  2. Click on [ Call Transfer] icon

  3. Select [ Supervised (Attendant) Transfer]

  4. Click on the "User Extension Button" you wish the call to transfer to, or use the above dial text-box if not listed.

  5. Once you finish talking to the new destination:

    • To continue transfer the call, click on [ Call Transfer] again, and select [ Process the call Transfer], then the call will now transfer to the new destination.

    • To decline transfer the call, click on [ Call Transfer] again, and select [ Decline Transfer]. You will restore back to the previous call.
