Description:

Place the current call on hold (call park).



Perform by device (phone) DTMF hotkey:


To park a call:

  1. During the conversation of the call.

  2. Use your number pad, enter: **

  3. When success, the system will announce the pickup number of this call.

  4. The On-Hold party will now listen to a playlist provided by your system administrator.




To pickup a parked call:

  1. Dial to the pickup number of the call.

  2. When success, you phone will restore back to the previous call.






Perform by Offisky Phone Panel (Application Menu > [ Phone Panel]):


To park a call:

  1. During the conversation of the call (your Phone Panel should now under the "In-Call Mode").

  2. Click on [ Call Park] icon

  3. When success, the held call will be display as the "On-Hold Call Button" located into the "On-Hold Call Bar", along with its pickup number.

  4. The On-Hold party will now listen to a playlist provided by your system administrator.




To pickup a parked call:

  1. Click on the "On-Hold Call Button" you wish to pickup from the "On-Hold Call Bar". If too many on hold calls, click on the [ Call Park] icon located at the first of the "On-Hold Call Bar".

  2. When success, you registered device will restore back to the previous call.
