What is this?
This page is used to keep track of call status of the queued call, under Offisky phone system. Whenever your call is placed into a priority queue, a call queue reference number will be generated. This number can be use to keep track of the queued call status, up until the call is ended (including answered, or the call is no longer queued due to after operation hours.
To use this service, please enter the tracking number which is provided to you within your queued call session, then click on the track button.
