Description:

All outbound faxes within a Virtual Fax Account are placed into an outbound fax queue and send out by first-come-first-serve bases. You may review this outbound fax queue by using the Virtual Fax Outbound Queue in this screen.



Panel Location:
Application Menu > Select [ Phone Panel] > Virtual Fax (Tab) > [ Fax Queue Status]




Screen Operations:

  • Use the "Virtual Fax Account" drop down list to change the virtual fax account you wish to view.

  • Use [] icon to reload the result list.

  • To access into the Virtual Fax Main Panel, click on [] icon.

  • To go to the outbound fax panel, click on [] icon.

  • To view the outbound fax queue, click on [] icon.

  • To view the virtual fax activity log, click on [] icon.

  • To sort the result list, use the provide feature at the bottom of the screen.

  • The page switch is located at the bottom of the result list.
